A. TOUR STARTING POINT
We can pick you up from your hotel, airport, or harbour in area of Surabaya,
Malang, or Banyuwangi, and drop you off at your preferred location within these
areas as well. The tour itinerary will depend on your pick-up and drop-off locations:

1. Pick-up: Surabaya or Malang
   Drop-off: Banyuwangi Harbour
   Itinerary: Bromo → Ijen Crater
2. Pick-up: Surabaya or Malang
   Drop-off: Surabaya Airport
   Itinerary: Ijen Crater → Bromo
3. Pick-up: Banyuwangi Harbour
   Drop-off: Surabaya Airport
   Itinerary: Ijen Crater → Bromo
   Please note: For pick-up from Banyuwangi Harbour, the earliest available pick-up
   time is 11:00 AM

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The schedule provided is an estimate and may be subject to change depending on
  weather conditions, traffic, and stop duration.
• An additional 20-25% applies during peak periods such as Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and
  New Year
• A deposit (as stated on the second page) is required to secure the booking, payable
  at least 14 days prior to the trip
• Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client
• In the unlikely event that we cancel the trip, a full refund of the deposit will be
  provided
• If you leave any belongings in the hotel or our vehicle, we can arrange to ship them
  back to you upon request. The shipping cost will be borne by the guest
